I think this was good except you never mentioned ‘cycling’ your tank, ie getting the bacteria to desrtoy ammonia and nitrite ready to do so. If you cycle with fish, as implied in the video you run the risk of fish dying.

what about cycling …
what about cycling the tank before adding fish after two days a filter is not mature it can take up to four weeks run the whole system adding a small pinch of fish food daily for two weeks test your water with a test kit or get the aquarium shop to test water then add a few fish building your full compliment over 6 weeks not add them after two days this is cruel and could kill the fish or make them weak

Wow this was so awesome, 5* This video deserves it, thanks for the advice even though I know 9/10 of them. Nice narrating by the way. I’m going to get a Juwel Rekord 120 this week or so, as I want a bigger tank. Setting up would probably cost me around £300 including all the medical needs for the tropical fishes. Too bad Fish stores nowadays don’t sell fish tank separately other wise it would be cheaper.
